Excellent choice!
Springform pans are atrocious. I'm just not coordinated enough to deal with them. This pan is amazing. It fits so flush into the pan that it forms a tight seal. I've made two perfect cheesecakes already. The better part is that the 7 inch pan fits into my 7 qt pressure cooker!

Well worth it!
4 of 4 found this helpful If you are a pressure cooker novice your first questions are what to do with it! This book has excellent, easy-to-use recipes that help promote the best flavor and proper usage. There are lots of new ideas (for this American cook) from the Canadian chef
