  i shop eBay to support small businesses and because of Amazon is not handling complaints. the product was as described. however, if I wanted to shop Amazon I would. I stopped shopping at Amazon because the delivery driver in our area is rude and disrespectful. he literally throws our packages onto the doorstep. my ring camera picks it up. I complained to Amazon, nothing was done. the driver then started jamming the ring video so we couldn't see. it's the only time our ring doesn't work.
