Best Knife Ever!!!!
I have long been a fan of high end, quality items, but the sharpness and refinement of this Shun knife has me blown away. They say cutting with a dull knife is dangerous, and that is true. I no longer have to push with force to get this knife to cut. I simply run the blade along the edge of my meat and remove the fat. I recommend this knife, or any Shun for that matter, to anyone and everyone.
