I contacted seller and commented that they never said the box was included. Their post are misleading. The seller has ignored my messages and has not offered a solution.

Items showed up in one mailer, yet charged shipping as if shipped separate. Seller took advantage of situation for self gain, looks like I'm the fool on this one. That said, arrived in a reasonable time and items were as described.

The seller never offers a tracking number and never try to solve the problem. Also if you want to get an answer from the seller, you have to send at least two or three messeges.

Within 30 seconds of paying for the Doll I realized that I did not change the default shipping address. I send the seller an email and asked for a copy of my email to be sent to me. I heard nothing from the seller and the next day I sent another and still heard nothing. I received the doll today and now I have to spend another $12.80 to mail it to Maine.
