Good program for eating healthy
Overall, like the book.Sound concepts and easy to read. Reading to encourage a friend that is having weight issues and so far it is working. The only drawback is the author likes using social media as part of the program. That is the only thing that is a negative for me. Otherwise a good book and good program that is sustainable.
