This is the best head set Iv'e found for my purposes. It hac a number of different size earpiece covers to fit a lot of ear sizes. There is no cumbersome in-line volume control to weight down the ear piece and cause it to fall out of your ear or drop too low to pick up your voice with the boom. I am very happy with this earpiece, and have purchased a back up, even thou I have learned how to protect it better so it lasts longer.
