best ddr2 775 atx mobo & raid capable..if you can get ddr3 version
GA-EP45 series are great boards and overclock (475-500fsb range) well and run cool.. are raid capable (intel matrix storage Intel ICH10R)giving you fast read write speeds using the best of hard drives available today. one the best board for those who may still get the best out of old technology and will score in the high 7s in the window experience index, depending only on the processor (quad) ram (1066 mhz) and video card(s)you choose to use

best slot cooler blue light special
Perfect for cooling your high end pci-e m.2 ssd sm9** pro nvme or ahci, & has a built in fan controller so its quiet when turned down and not needed for extra cooling. Vantec makes good computer accessories and their stuff is of decent quality. It has blue lights 24/7 not to bright but nice.

Best DDR3 P45T mobo
I had great success oc a q9450 and 2(2gb)1600 ddr3 dhx stable at 3.83ghz &
mem @ 1560Mhz my fsb wall at 488. You can run a 2nd video card (8800gs) as a physics adapter at x8. Has a balance between PCI-e (mini) and regular PCI slots.
Running also an Adaptec dual channel scsi card for some 3 seagate 15k Cheetahs. Server, Gamers, or Video/Graphics expert you cant loose. Antec P-182, OCZ 1010w gamestream, EVGA 260 GTX + EVGA 8800GS ssc, Q9450 w/Arctic freezer pro7, 3 scsi Cheetahs + 2 500gb sata, corsair 2(2gb) ddr3 1600 and Pioneer DVD/RW. This mobo is a tweakers delight whether you use the bois or the ET6 easy tune 6. What seems to be the trick is to balance the CPU frequency and that of the memory.
Runs crysis on full settings on 32" viewsonic @ temps 50c video card 53c CPU.
3d mark06 20750 xp pro 32bit have not tried 64bit others. Buy one new you will be happy, more features than you have time for, it could make your family miss you. I have other versions of this board UDP series the DDR2 single slot, also the ddr2/ddr3 version, inspite of the reviews and blogs this dual lan, dual video slot (crossfire?) DDR3 is one the best mobos out there in my opinion.
