  Ordered donut glaze pink (pale pink) converse for $59.99. Was sent magic flamingo pink (dark pink). Contacted seller for return/exchange. Was told they grabbed the wrong box. Understandable except was then told they did not have the shoes ordered in stock. Looked on their website and the shoes ordered were now listed for $189.99. Offered to let me keep the wrong shoes at a 25% discount. No thanks. Finally received address to send back - an apartment in Illinois. Shady seller. Avoid.

  The shoes looked good but the box was a hot mess. I wasn’t surprised by that though because when reading the description etc. it does state the box may not be in perfect condition. So no surprise there. What did surprise me was the length of time it took to get them. But they made it in time for Christmas so thats all that matters. Can’t rate seller communication since I never communicated with them. I’d order from them again recommend them.

  seller shipped quickly, they did their part but the ebay authentication service is the worst. Its not the sellers fault orders are getting rejected, and mine was sent back too. Thanks for trying hopefully they get rid of this nonsense extra step. I ordered direct from converse and a package sealed from the manufacture had a torn box that would fail the ebay service. Take that into consideration

  The backpack I received was a different version of what was in the pictures and advertised. I received a refund but need to ship the backpack back to the seller. They have yet to get back to me with an address and I wanted to also confirm I wasn’t going to pay for the shipment costs. Just waiting now.
