Better sleep tried 5 mg of the above
I cannot fill the above as i think it is too early. I have been taking it for 2 weeks but so far not successful as it has not changed my sleeping pattern. I was taking 4mg and it did not work so I thought I will try 5 mg.
I have to speak to my Dr to see whether I can increase to 8 mg.
Also not pleased that I could not read the back of the product before I ordered.
How long does it take to give you better sleep?
