Works well if you have newer cables in your walls, Cat6 or above. Make sure you use Cat6 cables or above to plug in your devices to unlock the ability of higher speeds. The device doesn't not allow you to rotate its position in an outlet. It takes up a lot of outlet space, and if you plug it into a bottom outlet, you most likely won't be able to use the top unless the device is two prong. Thankfully the extra outlet on the device enables you to plug in a power strip or another device into it.
