Not just for body building
I don't use this for body building, i had surgery that severely messed up my #2's. My nephew said i should try this because it will bind you up (if you aren't using it for body building). So i tried it and it works most of the time in combination with my other prescribed medication (depending on what i eat). I actually dropped 2 other prescription meds and replaced them with this. I put it in blender with almond milk & some ice and then put it into the freezer for a few hours and eat it for a frozen treat at the end of the day.

Great bulbs to light up a room
3 of 3 found this helpful I don't have a lot of light sources in my house so i have to rely on lamps and just a few of these bulbs really brighten up a room without running up your electric bill. These are dimmable so i can even turn them down if they are too bright while watching a show on TV.
