Adequate filter
It fits & the stainless steel is easier to clean than the original. It is harder to get on and off the juicer than the original, and I had to mark arrows on the side of the base to make it easier to line up with the arrows on the juicer. I think the filter is somewhat overpriced for what it is at about 1/3 the cost of the whole juicer.

Solid quality machine!
This is my second JL Power Juicer. I gave the first one to my son, which I bought probably 15 years ago at Costco. It is solid, quiet and quick and cleans up easily. Plus it is the only machine I have found that feeds from the right side with on/off switch on right too. I set this up on my pantry counter with spout extending out into sink/disposal and set large pitcher to collect juice. The hole process takes no more than 10 minutes to enjoy great juice! My husband and I have lost 15 pounds each in about 3 months juicing in the evening only. I wish this machine was still being produced as it is a quality item!

Great SO FAR
So far so good! It seems to work well...would have been nice to have had it's original box. Hope it lasts. The last Gevalia we purchased through EBay only lasted about a year and then quit working! Hope this one lasts longer than that!
