Great for me as a tennis coach
I do tennis coaching, and couldn't find a good small-medium sized watch to wear that wouldn't get caught up in my wrist actions needed for my tennis.
This was the perfect watch, not big like usual g-shocks that I also own, and it has 8-10 months solar charge so battery replacement is non existent so far (only have had for a month). If you enjoy a smaller sized G shock then this is 5/5!

The book gives great insight into things we already know, i like it's real world applications to means other then tennis itself but so far it's been great.
Best read in the mornings with a clear mind to take it all in, i find once you let the day go buy you tend to focus less on what the books is conveying.
Wether this book helped me make the finals of a recent tournament I've played is compelling but i do think it's helped me calm myself for match play !
