This item was listed as New but the package was obviously opened and items were missing. There were no instructions, no Ring Pro 2 Power Kit and no security screw needed to secure the faceplate. Seller also raised the shipping price from $12.99 to $15 before accepting my offer. Actual shipping cost was only $6. The device works and seller doesn't accept returns so I kept the device and purchased the missing parts.
