Poor battery life, Poor sound quality, Poor headset.
The battery life is terrible. It lasts maybe 4 hours of being turned on and less if trying to talk. Nobody can hear me no matter how I adjust the microphone. This headset is a total bust. I've had better ones made by off brands. No more plantronics for me in the future.
