TV Ears Headset Replacement
When we got the set I ordered, I knew one of the earbuds was missing. So I had to find a matching pair from my collection that would fit. On the headset, the base for the earbuds kept falling off. I took the bases off my broken headset and glued them on. I also had a hard time finding earbuds that would work. None of them really fit, but I found one pair that I could push on the bases and if we're careful taking the headset on and off, they don't fall off. Since they are not like the originals, they are uncomfortable and hurt our ears after wearing them for awhile. At least we still are able to use them when only one person wants to watch TV. Buying a whole new set from the TV Ears company was just too expensive. I appreciate that I was able to find ones that would work, because what we have is no longer manufactured.

One of the last of the real "STARS"
I had read her book when it first came out, but I wanted it on audiotape with Dolly reading it herself. I've followed her career from the late 60's. She's a phenomenal and very talented woman. Unlike a lot of today's "instant stars", she did it the hard way, and when times got tough, she kept on going. I admire her spirit and tenacity. If you love Dolly, you'll love her book.
