Killer at home workout!
Great workout and better quality than I expected for an at home workout! Felt like I was back in the popphysique studio again! Great instruction and you will get your heart rate up and work up a sweat! I always feel so refreshed after this class..like my aura just received a major clearing. Was a total steal for the price, too! I also purchased the other 2 popphysique dvds (can’t remember the names..one has an image of a girl wearing a pink bodysuit, the other of a girl wearing a yellow bodysuit). All the dvds are excellent.
