Nice idea and quality build, but...
1 of 1 found this helpful The company builds a quality product and is very responsive. However, I find the chamber difficult to keep lit and that it needs continuous monitoring. With a Traeger grill the combustion fan in combination with the air pump immediately dispels the smoke from what has become a pressurized grill chamber so I haven't experienced much increase in smoke flavor during higher temp cooks. At low temp or for cold smoking there is an increase in smoke quantity but it seems to be harsh tarry smoke. The jury is out for me. No issue with product just the theory.
