    Buyer Beware! Unfortunately, this seller failed to make any accommodations for buyer costs incurred due to substantial delivery delays caused by the seller’s conduct, offering four similar but different, expensive items under a single Ad. He claimed it was an “honest mistake” to ship a different item than that displayed in the Ad, but his mistake cost me money when our contractors had to abruptly stop install. Despite numerous requests for even 10% off, the seller failed to offer anything.
