Looks like it should be from the factory
I guess Ford left the bumper open because of the inter-cooler for the Ecoboost engine. The gaping hole made it look like something was missing. (2011 F150) This grill gives the truck a finished look. Putting in the top screws was a pain because of their position but with a short screwdriver it was doable.

Motor runs well with this carb
It works but is missing the crankcase breather inlet that my Tecumseh LEV115 engine has. So the oil breather hose has no where to terminate so it leaves oil residue on the motor.
