The cure for a Seiko Kinetic
My Seiko Kinetic started running slow and "stuttering" where the second hand would jump 2 seconds, then stall. The cure is to replace the capacitor. This item fits perfectly, is fairly easy to install, and fixes the problem. Within a couple of days of use, the charge was up over 30 days. The replacement videos on YouTube helped, but are not essential, if you are good with tools.

Product was exactly as described, for parts or repair. It was repairable, and is now on my workbench ready to use.
