Awesome Product / Even more awesome service

I purchased this item from RHW Surplus Sales last year (11/15). On 09/16 I had an issue which required service. It was at this time I was exposed to the most professional, expedient, personal service that I've witnessed in quite a while. I initiated my request via email and in less than 24-hours the gentleman from RHW sent and email that not only addressed my need, but he provided links to authorized service centers and even attached a copy of my invoice of original purchase. Since I live in Maryland, I decided to take my unit directly to RHW ... my wife dropped the unit off on a Tuesday and by Friday (the same week) I was back in possession of my unit. Usually you don't know (unless you ask) what the corrective action was ... but the service tech called and left a message explaining his corrective action. I can go on and on about my extremely positive experience I had with RHW ... I do know one thing; RHW is the first place I'm going for all my equipment needs. It doesn't get no better than RHW.
