Relief after the first night use
1 of 1 found this helpful I was skeptical at first however thought, "what did I have to lose?". By following the instructions and placing the splint exactly per the steps listed in the box, I was able to comfortably fit the splint on each foot/ankle. The positioning this splint provided for my feet spelled imediate relief however in the morning was the real test. Dramatically reduced pain levels to practically non-existent over several days usage. I will always have a problem with my feet I imagine but these splints help to provide the necessary stretch for my foot to maintain a level of pain relief which i was unable to get by any other method. I used to even take pain medication when i went to bed but now Im not finding it necessary. I have been diagnosed with Plantar Facitiis in both my ankles. This is a helpful device which I wear on both feet each night since. A great product!
