Disappointing design

I know that saws are not indestructible. But I dropped it and it broke right where the saw joins the shaft.. Really poor design. Just asking to be broken there. I was able to repair it with a piece of 2in PVC conduit and foam to fill the gaps. It took me a week or so to figure how to repair the neck. I would not buy it again. The longer 10in saw is better design and I was able to get one cheaper than the LTE. I will still use the 8in for short reach projects.

Its okay.

I bought this model to replace one I have used for three years. It will do for the moment, but I am not as satisfied as I was with the other.

Excellent porttrayal of a department store drama.

None of the characters that play in this drama have I seen elsewhere. In a way, it seems that I am really seeing this place in Scotland. Joanna Vanderham has played in other series that I have not seen. There is no doubt that she lights up the screen with her part The chemistry of the players is wonderful in season 1. However, season 2 seemed to be too reaching to capture the magic of character interaction. It didn't happen. The intrigue of season 1 was not carried over. The cook in the kitchen does not come off well. Nor did the conspiracy to buy the Paradise from Katherine Glendening. David Hayman as Jonas Franks was an excellent choice. So well played was his part that the 1 episode that he was written out should have in some way included him. I liked every scene he was in. My favorites. Edmun Eliott as Moray. Joanna Vanderham as Denise. Stephen wight as Sam. David Hayman as Jonas. Worth the money you pay for it.
