Spinning castle nut

The product overall gets the job done and works. The issues I have with the product is why doesn't it come with zerk fittings for grease and why don't the castle nuts fasten down to torque specifications? I own a 97 dodge ram 2500 and the castle nut for the ball joint would not torque down and the threads at the bottom didn't bite so the nut just spins.
