Sony warranty sucks
16 of 22 found this helpful I bought this Sony KDL-46S2000 because the picture sharpness compare to other. I own alot of Sony products and never has any problem with it until I bought this LCD from Bestbuy Plasma. The screen got an internal cracked right out the box. Sony declined the warranty repair, disappointed me. Now I had it send back to Bestbuy Plasma. I never buy a Sony product again. October 08,2006 it had been four week I have not got my TV back from Bestbuy plasma or answer when I am going to get it back. While I am waiting the price is dropping and a better TV rolling out on the market (full HD).
