Not useful to me.
Hinges Did not work at all on my gate. Opened the hinge out of the package and it locked open. Can't adjust the tension with the allen wrench. Useless for my application. Did not use the latch.

1 of 1 found this helpful Nice little camera. Runs off 12Vdc, powered by a 110V converter. However, according to their tech support it needs a network connected to the internet to configure it and apparently puts the image data on the internet link. This means that you will need a big bandwidth internet connection and will put lots of traffic on that connection. I wanted it for a local wifi network without internet connection or very low bandwidth internet connection (e.g. for an rv or cell phone hot spot). Apparently can't be configured in that mode, so I haven't even gotten an image yet. If it works like their doorbell, it will be easy to configure in the internet mode, however.
