I wouldn't recommend these pins for the 61 Impala.
The pins are of good quality but are too long for the 61 Impala, I had to cut the pin to length.

4 Speaker - 8 Binding Post Banana Jack Wall Face Plate Surround Sound
The face plate mounting holes was off location for my wall electric box but I have it secured. I also purchase and installed the banana plugs. Using the wall plate and banana plugs cleaned up all the wiring in back of my entertainment center making it presentable. I know you really don't see the back side of the entertainment center but if you do much component changing it will make the job a lot easier. They work great and did not distort the sound of my surroung system.
