I told him I wish he had mentioned it was a minature Hummel in the description and to please give me a refund. I told him I did not want to give him a negative review. He said I was threatening him and called me a bully. He said it clearly states the Hummel is 3.5 and it means in inches. Well I missed it somehow. But I felt very insulted as a buyer. Buyer continuously threated chargeback and negative review until I refunded money - which I did. Unfair in my opinion.

Well priced and easy to use
Well made, nicely put together and easy to hang. The only critique is because of the type of material it does not give you an open air feeling. For the price, you really cannot beat it.
