I got a handle on this!
It was hard to til from the pic on eBay if this was the same profile handle that my truck cap has on the other doors but it looked close. Which it was. It didn’t make exactly. More elongated and less stubby than mine but since it was alone on the back door it was ok. Easy to install and works great! Love that it comes with two keys!

Good hook
Quick and easy. Didn’t come with screws or instructions so be forewarned. I suggest using self tapping galvanized screws. Prescrew or predrill first. Makes it easier to attach while holding the spring loaded hook open.
