One cable connection for everything
Having one cable connection for everything cannot be overrated. Instead of having to disconnect power, hdmi, usb hub, camera, in order to pick up your laptop you pull one cable out and vice-versa. Works very well and I recommend it.

Click and go
If you have a laptop and use a large monitor and keyboard then this is 100% useful, if not essential.
Going from connected to all of those (and the charger and other peripherals) to loose to carry around or use on your lap and back is one push of a button . . . . instead of fiddling with three or more cables.
Get one and you will not regret it.

No more crouching
This is a great way to work on your bike, without crouching on the floor, flipping it over or balancing it with one hand!
It comes with two separate mounting plates, so you can either mount them at different heights (for working on different parts of the bike) or in different places (one in the garage/shed and one outside?). The mount easily slides out of the mounting plate if you want to move it or just store it out of the way.
It is very solidly constructed and simple to use. I would absolutely recommend it.
