  I have been the victim of a bait & switch by a Seller with 100% positive record with Ebay. I purchased the item as pictured. Seller details included the following "This item includes original accessories". Wheelchair footrest (as pictured) was not included even though the packing list showed it was in the pkg. Please beware and do not buy from this Seller. I am a senior citizen and frequent Ebay buyer. Seller should not be allowed on your site to continue this behavior & victimize others.

  I told you its a brand new wheelchair and it does not come with the footrest. The footrest are sold separately, and asked you to return it for a full refund if you are unsatisfied.
