When I requested refund from ebay, seller wanted to resend it but only after I cancel refund request. I mentioned I would only do it if they can provide tracking number this time unlike first time when he did not. He refused. I got refund from ebay this week. Buyer receive refund from me, because item was returned by European custom2. I refuse to resend item without closing request, because buyer can receive item for free, have refund and item3.
