MY new favorite stock
1 of 1 found this helpful This is, by far, the tightest fitting, strongest NERF stock I own.
It is solid, injection molded plastic. Not hollow and flexible like the Super Soaker style stocks, nor gritty and coarse like the 3D printed version. Also is a bit heavier than 3D, naturally.
NOTE: If you want to use this item with a spring powered blaster such as an Elite Alpha Trooper, YOU CAN, you just need to purchase the Worker brand replacement for the stock attachment point as well. I'm not exactly sure why they did it this way, but, it makes for a MUCH more secure connection between stock and blaster to be sure.
My particular stock was delivered with the stock adapter latch installed backwards, so the stock would not lock onto the blaster. Easy fix, though still of note.
All in all a GREAT value. Very heavy duty (feels like solid injection molded polypropelene) and very heavy.
My favorite stock! Has a permanent home on my Elite Alpha Trooper

My Favorite Current-Production Nerf Semi-Auto Air-Spring Blaster!
This blaster has it all!
Pros:
Inherently more accurate than comparable blasters (Alpha Trooper, Rampage, Retaliator, Recon, ETC)
Magazine (clip) fed
Seems made for drum mags by how it handles with the 25rd
Semi auto operation
Hands maintain same position for priming AND firing (unlike retaliator/recon, which I despise)
Ergonomic and intuitive design
Looks good
Has held up for YEARS
Cons:
Slower rate of fire than comparable blasters (notably the EAT and Rampage)
Can be tricky to reload until you get the hang of it.
Conclusion: As stated in the Headline, this is my favorite current-production, full-size/semi auto blaster. In my hands it is a "deadly" foam-slinging machine, especially with the 25 round drum!
