Fullfills its purpose
Protects suitably the back of the rear seats. Following the instructions, installation is easy.
But for an European XV/Crosstrek exists a small problem: On the back of the right half of the European back seat is only one cargo mounting bracket, whereas on the Amercican right back seat are two ones. I solved the problem by cutting a strip from an old footwell protection and attaching it to the back of the rear seat protector on the unnecessary aperture. Now that aperture is closed and the rear seat is protected at this point as well.
