This activity tracker is the perfect one for everyday people.

Put it on, connect it with the garmin connect app on your phone and GO! It will keep track of your movements, sleep patterns and heart rate. Use the data for all sorts of fitness goals. You can also link it with My Fitness Pal so that you can record all the food and drink/snacks you eat. The two programs work well together to give you an idea of your fitness. Although not 100% accurate, it does give you a good ball park idea of what you burn and how you sleep. All of the settings can be modified in the Connect app to personalize it for each individual.
