Pleased-so far

I am always suspicious of ratings on a brand new just - installed products. Much prefer to read the experience of using the product and learning how it functions, durability etc. Unfortunately this is one of those ratings. I have not yet used this much and I’m suspicious of the plastic parts so time will tell. I will comment on the installation and components. It is fairly easy to install but the directions are pretty sparse. There’s a very good YouTube video that takes you through the installation. I’m very mechanically inclined but even so I’m glad I saw the YouTube video. With it, installation is not difficult and there are some valuable tips in the video. So ease of installation is pretty good and other than the plastic parts it seems to be pretty high-quality. Time will tell how it holds up..

Skeptic won over!

My printer wasn’t working properly and I was skeptical of this product. I decided to risk The purchase price and give it a try. I wasn’t really expecting it to work. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. This product is well thought out and well-made and the instructions were very clear. Most importantly it worked perfectly. Give it a try- you won’t be disappointed. It will pay for itself many times over!
