Smashbox always on waterproof eyeliner
1 of 1 found this helpful I was given a sample by my daughter. The medican I take causes my tearducts to collapse,which causes my eyes to tear all the time. I ware makeup every day,and there was nothing that stayed on...The smashbox waterproof eyeliner stays on all day,even when my eyes water.
