    Shipping was fast. Packaging was HORRIBLE. There was a small amount of packing paper only at the top of the box and absolutely no protective wrapping. Books were damaged as a result beyond what was described incorrectly, see pictures to view prices of the books chipped off. For a set of 28 volumes, I’m surprised there wasn’t any bubble wrap even on the bottom or edges. The value of these books went down as a result of the packaging. Beware.

    We offered a full refund, buyer did not respond.Buyer's book photo appears substantially similar to the photos from our original listing. We described and photographed the edge wear to the bindings in our original listing.Copious packing paper was used to prevent book movement in transit. In future, we may split large sets into multiple parcels to lighten the weight of each parcel, in hopes of gentler handling by USPS.We are ready to issue a full refund if desired. Buyer has not messaged.
