Phonak open dome tips
These run slightly smaller than I expected but work very well. The open holes design allows for airflow and eliminates the congested feel I get with regular dome (mushroom like) tips and seems to sound more natural, less plugged up! I just wish they had a version with a larger center that would fit my cheap BTE tube I use where I don't want to risk damage to my expensive Phonak Nadias.
This is a more natural feel and more "normal" hearing experience than other tips.
