In fact, I'd say it was better than described or could be determined based on the photos. Only criticism I have is that the mouthpiece came out of its holder in the case during shipping, and put a dent on the bell. Not bad, 5 minutes with a dent hammer and it'll be barely noticeable. But mouthpiece probably should have been wrapped in bubble wrap in the case. A+ seller.

Bad Connections
Had be repaired, solder joints bad. Worked fine after repair, but I should not have to repair a new item.

After Market Ink
Only worked a few pages, then it leaves out lines of printing. Not good for bar code shipping.
