  Had an initial issue with the incorrect charger being shipped with the laptop, but the seller shipped out the correct one immediately. It was as described, other than some marks on the screen along with dust or mold that was cleaned off the laptop. Good deal for the price. Came shipped in bubble wrap and foam boxes. I’d buy from him again, but I’d suggest a preliminary check before shipping just in case.

  ⭐Highly recommend this seller; will buy from again. Item was very well packed, however it was faced front-side-down (not sure if carrier/seller did that). But this didn't seem to have caused any damages. Item looked as described/in pictures. Item didn't work, stuff inside came loose (not securely packed). Seller maintained contact (sometimes a gap, but always got back within 1-2 days) throughout troubleshooting process, ultimately stepped in & helped resolve this issue to satisfaction. 👍

  Ordered a 2017 iMac from the seller. The unit arrived and I didn't open the box until the next day, when it arrived, the screen was severely cracked and the body was damaged. The screen should've been wrapped but instead appeared to be just thrown in the box with a bunch of loose bubble wrap and the box was extremely flimsy. Seller mentioned that he could replace but stopped responding. Looking at other reviews, I suspect this machine was damaged prior to shipping and the seller is a SCAMMER.

  I had a terrible experience with this seller. Before placing my order, I specifically asked if the item came with a power adapter and was told it would. Despite that, the item arrived without the adapter, making it unusable out of the box. To make matters worse, although a tracking number was provided, UPS shows that the item still hasn’t even been received by them — so it clearly hasn’t shipped. This kind of service is unacceptable.
