Car Remote Alarm for 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser

Have not been able to pair it with car.

I bought this for a 80 series 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser. The pairing instructions are very generic. I have removed both front seats, the glove box, and the driver side kick panel and still cannot find the box they refer to as an "ECU." I can't rate the quality because there is no way to use it.
