  Item not as described. The bag arrived incomplete, and the strap was not original, synthetic (not leather), and didn’t match the color or quality of the bag. Seller offered just a $5 refund, which I accepted, but after multiple follow-ups over several weeks, it was never sent and communication completely stopped. I understand mistakes can happen, but taking responsibility and honoring what was promised is very important. This is what disappointed me most and reflects poorly on the seller.
