Mission Instant Cooling Fan Personal Air Cooler, Portable, Use Indoor/Outdoor

Disappointed

The overall design of this product is good but the cooling pack specific to this product is terribly flawed. When we received our NIB cooler we inspected it and put the ice pack in the freezer as we were excited to start using it. First time it split(see photo). We contacted Mission and their customer (no) service could have cared less because we did not buy it directly from them. I guess they do not warranty a product sold by others. We asked if it was possible to order a replacement ice pack from them and they hung up on us. What an attitude and no way to run a business, cannot recommend this product because of the ice pack defect that we find to be widespread in doing some research on the net after the fact. We never thought to look for such because we see Mission products in several well known retailers. We have figured out a couple of workarounds so the product will function but probably not as efficiently as with the canister specifically designed to go with it.
