Great way to get a complete workout in 20 minutes!
This DVD is a great way to get a thorough workout in 20 minutes! There are three levels and you can stay on each for 30 days if you wish or go from one level to the next when you feel you are ready. I would recommend it highly.

A great approach on how to learn to mediate.
An entirely different approach to learning how to meditate. Something I wished I would have read years ago. Very deep and well written by someone who has a vast amount of real life experience(s) when it comes to meditation.
