A companion for every outing with the Pentax DSLR
The wireless remote control is an absolute must for still photography. I had been using the timer feature for a long time. It did turn out good pictures and most of them had me running to join others. And a retake was frustrating for the group and reduced the enthusiasm. With the Pentax remote control, group photography is so much fun. I can now take multiple pictures without getting back to the camera. The DSLR must be set to use the remote before we can start to use the remote. Without this setting, I suspected the batteries and wasted some time. The remote itself is very small and will require special care to avoid misplacement or loss. I also used the remote for moon photos and works perfectly well. While a wired remote may provide the same function, I prefer the convenience of being mobile and no need to disturb the weather sealed connectors. A proven accessory that must accompany every Pentax DSLR.
