Missing something

I’ve had one of these bulbs for a couple years and it works flawlessly. This one I just purchased, however, is missing some of its blue LEDs. The purple light is more pink and if I set it to pure blue the bulb goes dark. For my purpose this is not a big deal, but if these are defective in minor ways the seller should be saying so.
