FINALLY!! It really works with 18650 batteries.
FINALLY!! It really works with 18650 batteries. I wasted a ton of time and money trying different products that claim compatibility, but fall short. This one works, it's a bit pricey, but you get what is described. It has a USB-C connector for charging, which is much better than micro-usb as far as durability. Also, the lowest lumen setting is nice and low, for a long runtime. Great for activities indoor when there is no electricity.

low quality, overpriced, broken in short timeframe
The sling started developing cracks, and I've only had it for 3 months. I give it 2 more uses before it completely rips apart. To compare, I have a ring that is over 6 years old, still stretches and stays intact like the first day I got it. I paid less than $10 for that device, I paid near $20 for this device. Definitely money down the drain buying this product, which is my motivation for leaving the review.
My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to remove the sharp sections in the mold, that's where all the cracks developed(only after a few uses). All the expected ingress sections should be uniform, such as full circular ridges, instead of a little U at the top and bottom. Also, it needs to have stronger material, as it's expected to wrap around 2 external organs, which means you will have to stretch it significantly to capture those organs into the sling.

DO NOT BE FOOLED
1 of 1 found this helpful Do not be fooled by the product reviews and item titles. This product does not work with standard 18650 format batteries. It uses a custom, extra long battery module that comes close(by a few mm) to an 18650 format, but truly is not an 18650. It will not work out of the box with real 18650 modules. Don't waste your time like I did.
