Brilliant Book
I have bought 6 copies now to give to friends and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Does not stick down the sides as shown
it is light and good quality but it has little stretch and certainly does not stick down the sides as the diagram shows - i would not dare to tip a bowl with liquid in it. It sits on the top only but it does work to keep the food from drying out and is clearly better than clingfilm. For everything except meat products I use the bees wrap products instead now.
